In the case of cash on delivery or cash from our Distributor, the products are delivered with retention of title (the delivery is valid only for deliveries within Greece, while cash payment applies if your order is received by our Distributor). In case of "bank deposit" the order is not executed until the bank account of the company is credited. Please note that payment by cash or cash upon delivery or bank deposit payments are only in euro.
As your order progresses, you will receive a series of automated emails that report the progress of your order. such as "Order Confirmation".
By sending a request for an order, you agree to receive the above notifications, which are a prerequisite for the correct development of your order. (i) Payment of your order can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery only in Greece or by receipt of the order from our distribution center after payment on the spot. Please note that the possibility of cash on delivery within Greece as well as receipt by our Distributor does not apply to multiple orders.
ii) If possible for the user, the emails will be sent to the user’s e-mail address he / she will provide to our responsible representative. 10. Delivery policy
A. Our company provides you with alternative ways of receiving products for your convenience. When ordering, you are asked to choose how you wish to receive your ordered products. Depending on the way you choose, the total final cost of your order will be modified and according to the new total the payment will be made and it will be included in the order confirmation.
B. Time, Way, Place of Receipt / Shipment
The delivery time of your order is set before finalizing it, but also by the Order Confirmation email you receive after it is completed.
i) Receipt of your order from our distribution center on Kilkis Street, Oraiokastro, Thessaloniki, during working days and hours Monday to Friday 09: 00-17: 00, no holidays.
ii) If you wish to send the order to a delivery address that you declare to us then the delivery will be made with a cooperating transport company, which the company considers. Our company and its partners take all the necessary measures for the timely delivery of the order to the buyer within the basic delivery schedules of each transport company. We cannot guarantee either the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the order products, as these depend on the carriers we cooperate. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or to events of chance or events beyond its control. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, from which the risk is transferred to the buyer under Article 524 AK. Transport costs are what each carrier's pricing policy determines, which are solely responsible for shipping charges and which may change prices at any time. VERDE LTD is not responsible for any such price change.
11. Renewal / Return - Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request replacement only in the following cases:
a) In all cases where, with proven fault of "VERDE Ltd.", you have delivered products other than or substantially different from those you have ordered
b) in all cases where there is a defect with proven fault of "VERDE LTD" in the product or missing agreed quality or the lacking characteristic is significant.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement with another product or products up to the amount you paid or at an additional cost if you wish within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product.
In all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition, together with all the documents accompanied by the product (eg retail receipt e.t.c.). Before each return, it is advisable to consult with the online store of "VERDE LTD". In all cases, return and replacement are possible under the following conditions:
a. Communicate the same day or the next working day with the Online Store
b. In the case of a change in the product within 15 days with another or other up to the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 10 of Law 2.251 / 1994, the product must not have been used
c. The product must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (eg retail receipt e.t.c.)
In addition, we would like to inform you that if the product you ordered is not available although it was available during the period between the order and the receipt of the order by our staff, then our Company must contact you within a reasonable time to arrange the process of your order that includes either a refund or a modification of order.
In the case of a refund at your own fault, we inform you that you need to burden the shipping and return costs for the product you are returning.
If the conditions in (b) and (c) above are met, the reimbursement of the price you have already paid will be made directly by us or in cooperation with the affiliated payment provider or otherwise within the time allowed by the law in case of withdrawal. If you receive a refund through a third-party payment service provider (credit card, etc.), you may incur any commission charged by that third party on the basis of its terms of use and operation, for which our company is not responsible.
Refunds are not accepted during the sales period.
It is clarified that in the event of cash payment from our Distribution Center, deposit in an account and in any case cash payment upon delivery, our company will retain the ownership of the purchased products until the full and full payment of the purchased price.

Please note that the payment upon receipt of the order in your place is valid only within Greece without additional charge in the Municipality of Thessaloniki (see detailed list) and at extra charge throughout the rest of Greece .... € (including VAT).
